岗位职责:

1、与外方班主任合作,根据学校教育教学计划,共同负责7-11岁孩子班级的英语,数学,人文,计算机等课程的教授及教学测试评估工作的设计、实施和改进;

2、主导语文课授课;

3、创造一个适合孩子学习的教学环境,设定和维持可接受的课堂行为标准,以建立一个有秩序的学习环境;

4、关注学生健康成长:按照学校制定的教学大纲,对学生的表现做好日常观察和成长记录,并与学科老师保持良好沟通;

5、根据学校对助教老师的时间安排,与外籍教师共同安排好助教老师的工作,提高教育教学工作效率;

6、负责本班教室及展示区的设计、布置和定期更新;

7、负责教学用具的管理、保管和日常维护;

8、参加学校集会,做好学校集会所需的准备工作;和同班外籍教师一起组织本班学生每学期至少一次的全班集会表演;

9、在学校相关部门组织下,带领学生外出访问活动,维持学生纪律安全,并设计、执行和评估相应的教学活动

10、负责或配合组织学生的课外活动及庆祝表演活动等;

11、参加家长会和学校招生活动;

12、在学科领域和教学方法上保持与时俱进,根据最新研究成果对教学计划和活动进行相应调整;

13、按学校相关规定,与家长保持良好的职业沟通;

14、每学年撰写至少三篇有关学校幼儿教育或家长亲子教育的短文与家长分享,并通过学校的社交媒体发表;

15、配合并积极参与教学研究;

16、参加学校教师培训和每周例会,按学校值班表值班;

17、配合学校对教师的考核评估;

18、年级主任或小学校长安排的合理的临时性工作。


任职要求:

1、 拥有汉语言文学、中文或汉语国际教育等相关专业学士及以上学位;持有中国教师资格证书。

2、 普通话标准,具备流利的英语听说读写能力,能熟练运用中英文进行教学;拥有2以上中文教学经验。

3、 有国际/双语学校工作经验者优先;

4、 热爱教育工作,有高度的敬业精神和责任感,有耐心和亲和力,致力于全人教育;

5、 有团队协作精神,平等尊重学校的所有成员,不论其职位、性别、年龄和种族背景。

Job Title: Chinese Co-Teacher(Primary School)

Start Time: August 2026


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the homeroom teacher to jointly take responsibility for teaching English, Mathematics, Humanities, and Computer Science courses for children aged 7–11, in line with the school’s educational and teaching plan, as well as for the design, implementation, and improvement of teaching assessments and evaluations.

  2. Lead teacher for teaching Chinese subjects.  

  3. Create a teaching environment that is suitable for children's learning, set and maintain adequate standards of classroom behavior, so as to establish an organized learning environment.

  4. Observe and focus on students' development: observe students' performance in school, such as learning, personal habits, attitudes and sociability with others, keep a record of students' development, and share the students' development report with the head teacher to maintain good communication.

  5. Based on the schedule of the school for the classroom assistant, arrange the work of the classroom assistant with expat teachers to improve the teaching efficiency.

  6. Responsible for the design, layout and regular update of the classroom and display area.

  7. Responsible for the management, storage and daily maintenance of teaching equipment.

  8. Attend and prepare for school assemblies. Organize class performance with expat teachers at least once a semester.

  9. Under the organization of relevant departments, lead students to go out for trips, activities, maintain students' discipline and safety. Design, implement and evaluate teaching activities.

  10. Responsible for organization of students' extracurricular activities and performances.

  11. Attend parent-teacher conferences and school admission events.

  12. Keep abreast of new educational advances in subject areas and teaching methods, adjust teaching plans and activities based on the latest academic research outcomes.

  13. Keep regular and professional communication with parents as required.

  14. Write at least three short essays about school preschool education or parent-child education to share with parents every school year, and publish them through the school's social media.

  15. Participate in teaching and academic research.

  16. Attend teacher training and weekly meeting, and be on duty when necessary.

  17. Cooperate with the school in the assessment of teachers.

  18. Reasonable temporary work assigned by Head of Department or Head of Primary School.


PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Chinese Language and Literature, Chinese Studies, Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, or a related field; holder of a valid Chinese Teacher Qualification Certificate.

  2. Standard Mandarin pronunciation with excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to teach effectively in both Chinese and English. Possesses 2years or above of Chinese language teaching experience.

  3. Prior experience working in an international school or bilingual school is preferred.

  4. Passionate about education, with a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility; patient, approachable, and committed to holistic education and the all-round development of students.

  5. Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration skills; treats all members of the school community with equal respect regardless of position, gender, age, or ethnic background.

  6. Innovative and forward-thinking in educational philosophy and practice; maintains a positive and proactive work attitude, is solution-oriented, and performs effectively under pressure.
